James Brennand, who was a San Antonio police officer when he shot a teenager in the parking lot of a McDonald’s this month, has been arrested on two counts of aggravated assault by a public servant, police said Tuesday. Erik Cantu, 17, remained unconscious and on life support, an attorney for his family said.
