  Former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos has pleaded guilty to one count of making a false statement to the FBI, according to court records unsealed Monday. Papadopolous was charged in July, but the case was not made public until Monday. The former Trump adviser acknowledged in his guilty plea that he met with a Russian professor and a woman he described in an email as Russian President Vladimir Putin's niece after joining the campaign.
