A federal judge in New York found former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court for failing to hand over his assets to a pair of former Georgia election workers who he was found liable of defaming after the 2020 election.

The ex-election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, won a $146 million defamation judgment against Giuliani after he falsely claimed that they were involved in election fraud.
