Healthcare Stakeholders Weigh In On State of the Union

President Joseph R. Biden addressed the nation Tuesday night where he not only covered important topics such as the Russian war against Ukraine, the state of the economy, and inflation, but he also focused on a variety of healthcare issues.
Healthcare costs, the COVID-19 pandemic, and behavioral health access were among the topics discussed.
Following the address, healthcare stakeholders shared their reactions which included applause and a push to take more steps.
The American Medical Association and The Federation of American Hospitals were among the stakeholders who released statements.
