  House GOP leaders announced Wednesday night that they will bring the latest version of their Obamacare repeal legislation to the floor for a vote on Thursday. Earlier Wednesday, Republicans added $8 billion to the bill to help provide coverage for those with pre-existing conditions - part of a high-stakes push to win over moderate GOP lawmakers who have balked at the legislation. The White House has been ramping up pressure for a vote this week but Republican leaders had said they would not schedule a vote until they had enough support to pass the bill.
