Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, was indicted Thursday by a federal prosecutor on 3 counts of gun charges, a move that special counsel David Weiss warned about after a plea deal fell apart in July.

Hunter Biden had agreed to plead guilty to tax charges in exchange for serving no prison team and entering a deferral program on the separate gun charge. But after that deal unraveled in court, the troubled son of the president was charged in a Delaware court on Thursday.
