The federal judge presiding over former President Donald Trump’s classified documents trial appeared to be skeptical of his lawyer’s argument that the charges should be dismissed because of the Presidential Records Act.

Judge Aileen Cannon told Trump’s lawyer Todd Blanche, “It’s difficult to see how this gets you to the dismissal of an indictment.”
