The Trump administration must temporarily allow the disbursement of foreign aid, a judge said in an order that deals a setback to President Donald Trump's sweeping efforts to halt the flow of international assistance.

The court order came in response to a lawsuit filed by nonprofit groups working on international aid projects that challenged Trump's executive order implementing a blanket pause on U.S. foreign aid.
