According to reports, Justice Stephen Breyer will retire from the Supreme Court later this year.

After Trump and Republicans stacked the Court with a right-wing majority, this is a huge opportunity for President Biden to make his mark on the Court.

And with Democrats holding the slimmest of majorities in the Senate – a 50/50 split with Vice President Kamala Harris as the tie-breaking vote – this is only possible because supporters like you helped elect Democrats over the past few years.
