July has ended with a total of MOP 8.44 billion (US$1.05 billion) in gross gaming revenue, accounting for a 29 per cent increase over June.

The figure released by the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau is the second best month so far this year, only surpassed by the MOP10.4 billion mark reported in May.
