An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 8-year-old girl in the Lanaudiere region. Quebec provincial police say Lilouanne Menard was kidnapped from Repentigny, just northeast of Montreal, at 12 p.m. Saturday by Daniel Menard, 51. They were travelling in a Mitsubishi Highlander. If spotted, please call 911 immediately, police say.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 8-year-old girl in the Lanaudiere region.
