Islamic State claims responsibility for the Nice, France terror attack, the Associated Press reports, citing the group’s media outlet. The attack left 84 dead. The driver of the truck that plowed through the crowd of revelers was identified as 31-year-old Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel on Friday.
