The man who drove a large truck into a crowd that had gathered for a Bastille Day fireworks celebration in Nice, France, killing 84 people, was known to police for violence but wasnât on terror officialsâ radar. The driver has yet to be identified, but is described as a 31-year-old Nice resident of Tunisian origin. His bank card and cellphone was found in the truck.
