A suspected car bomb exploded outside a soccer stadium in central Istanbul Saturday, wounding at least 20 people, Reuters reports. The blast was heard hours after the end of a match between two of Turkey's top teams, Reuters quoted Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu as saying.
