BREAKING: On a second vote, FDA panel supports Pfizer Covid boosters for people 65 and up or who are at high risk of severe illness |
A Food and Drug Administration advisory panel overwhelmingly voted in favor of Pfizer Covid-19 booster shots Friday for people ages 65 and up as well as those at high risk of severe illness. The committee earlier in the day voted against broader approval of boosters for everyone ages 16 and older, citing concerns about the safety of the boosters in younger people. |
