BREAKING: Penguin Random House and Florida parents sue school district for banning books discussing race and LGBTQ people

Penguin Random House, PEN America, five authors and two parents filed a lawsuit against a Florida school district for removing 10 books related to race and the LGBTQ community. The plaintiffs allege the district violated the First Amendment by “depriving students of access to a wide range of viewpoints.”
