Christmas concerns Nicola Sturgeon has warned Scots they are "unlikely to celebrate Christmas" with no limits this year as coronavirus cases continue to rise. Latest coronavirus figures Scotland has recorded 17 deaths from coronavirus and 1,712 positive tests in the past 24 hours, Ms Sturgeon said. The First Minister makes light of some concerning comments from Mr Leitch earlier today. Appearing on BBC Radio Scotland's Good Morning Scotland on Thursday, Scotland's national clinical director said Scots should “get their digital Christmas ready” as he warned that this year's festive season is “not going to be normal” amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
