  The Arizona Republican, who returned to Washington today after disclosing his brain cancer diagnosis last week, spoke on the Senate floor after casting a critical vote to proceed to debate on the Senate's Obamacare repeal legislation. He said he would not vote for the GOP health care bill as it stands today.
