| Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell,R-Ky., said Tuesday the Senate will delay the start of its summer recess to address some pressing issues, including repealing the health care law. The Senate was scheduled to start its annual summer recess at the end of July, but McConnell said the Senate will instead stay in session the first two weeks of August.
