  The Senate narrowly defeated a bill early Friday morning that would have repealed limited portions of Obamacare as Republican leaders again failed to attract enough support from GOP senators. Republican Sens. John McCain, Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski voted against the measure. The vote was a major blow to GOP Senate leaders.
