The Supreme Court rejected Michael Cohen’s last-ditch effort to revive a civil rights claim against Donald Trump, his former boss, leaving in place lower court rulings that said Trump’s ex-fixer could not pursue his allegation that the then-president and other officials violated his rights by putting him in solitary confinement for refusing to stop writing a tell-all book.
