  Devin Kelley's mother-in-law had received threatening text messages and there was a "domestic situation going on," Freeman Martin of the Texas Department of Public Safety said at a Monday news conference. Martin said the shooting that killed 26 people was not racially motivated and added that the investigation remains ongoing. The FBI said they do not have a domestic terrorism investigation open. Fred Milanowski, the special agent in charge of the ATF's Houston field division, said three guns were recovered as part of the investigation and that the ATF was still looking at paperwork on the firearms.
