TikTok will restore service to U.S. users less than a day after shuttering it, the company announced, after President-elect Donald Trump said he would issue an executive order Monday to delay the ban.

Trump signaled in his earlier statement he "would like the United States to have a 50% ownership position in a joint venture" for the popular social media app.
