Former President Donald Trump declared victory early Wednesday — NBC News has not projected a winner — after taking a series of swing states, including Pennsylvania.

"I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th president and your 45th president," Trump told supporters at a victory party at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
