  President Trump on Friday decertified the agreement with Iran that has stopped that nation's nuclear program, but he will not ask Congress to re-impose economic sanctions on Iran and will call for new requirements on Iran in an effort to "fix" the agreement he has long criticized. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also said Friday that Iran has "technically" held up its end of the bargain.
