Former President Donald Trump said late Thursday he would not oppose Attorney General Merrick Garland’s move to unseal the warrant authorizing the FBI’s search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. Trump’s attorneys had until 3 p.m. Friday to oppose the motion filed earlier by the Justice Department, but just before midnight the former president said on his social media platform that he would not fight the move. "I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents," Trump said.
