The Brentford Project's Summer Series returns to Brentford

Brentford is the place to be this summer, as The Brentford Project's Summer Series events programme returns with loads of exciting events!

Get involved in three months of cool happenings at The Brentford Project, a new waterside residential quarter in west London from Ballymore, which promotes the enjoyment of being on the waterfront, with an appreciation for culture and the community — and many activities are free! The Summer Series is a cultural initiative designed to shine a spotlight on the creative diversity of the town, through the likes of cocktail masterclasses, artist-led workshops, a day-long Festival of Wellness, and an immersive theatre show for kids (ideal for school holiday fun!).

You don't have to live at The Brentford Project, or even in the area, to take part. Read on to get a taste of what's on at The Brentford Project this summer, and tap the blue button to book your spot.

Paint The Town

... any colour you like, at art workshops led by local artist Mr Mr Pearce. He hosts three guided painting classes over the course of the summer, open to beginners and skilled artists alike, where you'll create an artwork inspired by Brentford's charming waterside location.

Keep The Kids Happy

For one afternoon only, join The Walking Theatre Company for a roaming, immersive production of Treasure Island that's ideal for the whole family. Don your best pirate fancy dress and join the quest for treasure — with a free drink included in your (free!) ticket. Shiver me timbers!

Shake It Up

... at Brentford Cocktail Club, a mixology class where you'll learn how to craft the perfect cocktail. Choose between sessions focusing on vodka, rum or gin (or book in for all three!) and learn how to make four different tasty cocktails over the course of an evening.

Floating Picnics

Fancy a floating picnic? For £10 (+ booking fee) pp, you can head out onto the River Brent via Katakanu and enjoy a lunch made by on-site bakery and restaurant, Rye by the Water. Min. four people per booking, so grab friends or family and make a day of it.
