Now that he's upgraded to a $37 million Florida mansion, broadcast journalist Bret Baier is offering his Washington D.C. estate for $32 million. After buying the place in 2018, Baier and his wife reportedly spent three years and $25 million to completely rebuild the premises with the help of developer Michael Banks and architect David Jones. Inspired by France’s Hotel Chateau du Grand-Lucé, the stately mansion offers five bedrooms and nine baths, a game room with golf simulator, an indoor basketball court and a 56-foot pool.
