Why Researchers Want Governments Involved In Blockchain's Attack On Late Payments Alternative finance, eInvoicing, government regulations â they have all been used as weapons in the fight against late supplier payments, and yet the problem continues. Industry experts say part of the issue is that this is a behavior problem, but a technological one. A new report from the Korea Small Business Institute says blockchain and cryptocurency have the power to eliminate late payments altogether. That's great, in theory, but the glaring issue is how to get businesses to adopt these technologies.
