The Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme offers discounted products for businesses and households. Suppliers with VEU credits may offer better pricing. The Local Activity Centre Activation Program delivers a range of improvements across Brimbank’s centres.

In Leslie Street, St Albans, the program delivered a shopfront improvement audit for 13 local businesses, improved lighting and a vibrant wall mural titled 'Fiesta’. 

Local Activity Centres like Leslie Street, St Albans, are important community assets that provide shops and services to nearby residents, as well as local employment and contribute to a sense of belonging and community. Brimbank is fortunate to have around 50 activity centres providing access to a range of goods and services across the municipality.
