These days, I’ve been pulling cooking inspiration from what’s fresh at the market. Asparagus, in particular, is one of my favorite spring ingredients because it’s incredibly versatile and can amplify everything from savory tarts to creamy soups. Peas, tender herbs, and even new potatoes are also making appearances on my dinner table right now. And don’t forget to pour yourself one of the enticing aperitivos below to start off the evening—you deserve it!
