THE GREAT AWARDS AND GALA DINNER NEW DATE: 10TH OF JUNE
We have been concerned about the current rate of Covid and people’s wariness about attending large scale events, especially ones where masks cannot really be worn. It has been a very difficult decision, but we have decided to move the event to Friday 10th June.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we feel it is the right thing to do for all connected to the event. The new date does give us the opportunity to also celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, so this theme will also be incorporated into The Great Awards, making it a real celebration!
This is a not to be missed event, take advantage of this through our sponsorship opportunities, please contact Linh Hoang at linh.hoang@britchamvn.com for more information.
We look forward to celebrating with you on the 10th of June 2022! |

2021 has been one of the most challenging years for the Vietnamese economy. According to VCCI and the World Bank, nearly 90% of FDI companies have been significantly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, especially SMEs or enterprises who have been in operation for less than 3 years.
To overcome the challenges caused by the pandemic, the Vietnamese Government has issued support packages to enable businesses to have as much help as possible to survive. The future though is positive, in 2022 the economy is expected to recover strongly and remain a strong candidate for investment from ASEAN and beyond. In this light, BritCham Vietnam is delighted to organise an event in both HCMC and Hanoi to discuss the Vietnam 2022 Economic Outlook, the breakfast seminar will look at the challenges faced by business, both big and small, and what this means for future planning in 2022 and beyond. The seminar will also cover key legal updates in 2021 and what we might expect in 2022.
