Broker Highlight: Jeff Kurtz, CCIM, 2020 C&I Council Member of the Year

Jeff Kurtz, CCIM has had quite the year, and it doesn’t appear to be slowing down. He was named Lancaster County Association of Realtors’ Commercial & Industrial Council Member of the Year. The award not only considers service to the overall organization, but ethics, business accomplishments, interactions with other members, and civic activity.
“I couldn’t have done it without my team at High Associates, as well as the great brokers of the C&I Council,” Jeff says.
In addition to being named Member of the Year, he’s completed notable transactions in 2020 like the selling and subsequent leasing of the former Ten Thousand Villages in Ephrata, the leasing of SACA’s Plaza Centro, new home to the state’s first Black-owned winery, A Concrete Rose Book Bar, and most recently, a new Coffee Co. location in Lititz.

He joins several other High Associates team members who have received the award: Ruth Devenney (1998), Jim Wentz (2000), Lin Good (2002), Bill Boben (2007), and most recently, Brian Davison (2019).

In addition to this award via the C&I Council, he serves as 2021 President of the Certified Commercial Investment Member’s (CCIM) PA/NJ/DE Chapter and the planning committee for the Janus School.

Jeff lives in Lancaster with wife Marie, daughter Grace, and son Nick. He has two grown sons Brandon and Logan and is a proud grandfather to grandson Bennett.
