Bitcoin price has once again dipped and recovered above the $13,100 mark over the last day of trading, wicking just below the $12,800 mark before bouncing back to recent highs.

Top-20 altcoins have not performed as well for the most part, as Ethereum dips more than 3%, XRP falls 2%, and Chainlink drops almost 5%. Polkadot stands out with a 9% gain over the last 24 hours.

👉 Huobi Exchange Adds Visa and Mastercard Payments

Prominent cryptocurrency exchange Huobi has announced that customers can now use Visa and Mastercard to directly purchase cryptocurrency - without using a third-party payment processor.

The new feature will cut an extra step out of the previous credit and debit card purchase process, removing the need for a separate KYC interface.

Visa and Mastercard holders in most parts of Europe and Australia will be eligible to use the service.

👉 Toyota IT Subsidiary Announces Digital Currency Project

An IT-focused Toyota subsidiary, Toyota systems, has announced a digital currency pilot project, which will involve digital currency payments for employee benefits.

The digital currency will be rolled out to 2,500 employees at the company, who will be able to spend it on on benefit points or a range of gifts.

👉 Blockchain Music Platform Audius Airdrops $8M in Tokens to Users

Blockchain-based Spotify competitor Audius has airdropped $8 million worth of its governance token, AUDIO, to loyal users of the platform.

5% of the token supply was distributed to Audius' top 10,000 artists and fans, using a retroactive model similar to that used by Uniswap.
