Filings have been discovered through the State of Delaware’s Division of Corporations which point to a potential Chainlink Trust launch by Grayscale Investments.
According to records, a "Grayscale Chainlink Trust" was set up in December 2020, along with further trusts for Basic Attention Token, Decentraland, Livepeer, and Tezos.
Grayscale has not yet confirmed whether or not it is behind the filings.
The Bitcoin community is fighting back against Craig Wright, following legal threats made by Wright's lawyers against long-time hosts of the Bitcoin whitepaper.
Bitcoin.org and Bitcoincore.org received allegations of copyright infringement of the whitepaper, among further claims by Wright that he is its author.
Several cryptocurrency firms have since published the paper on their websites, including Square, Chaincode Labs, and even Facebook's Novi.
Janet Yellen has written that the United States should consider the benefits of cryptocurrencies and digital assets, and "the potential they have to improve the efficiency of the financial system".
