Investment giant Fidelity has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch cryptocurrency and metaverse exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The ETFs intend to track the performance of real-world companies operating in the above sectors. In the case of the metaverse ETF, companies included must earn at least half of their revenue through metaverse-related products and services.
