Coinbase has launched a new feature called Coinbase Pay, which enables users to fund their web3 Coinbase Wallet via a browser extension.
The feature is designed to make it easier for all users to begin using decentralized finance (DeFi) and participate in NFT markets. It eliminates several steps in the process of funding a Coinbase Wallet, which is non-custodial and separate from the exchange.
DeFi protocol Aave has announced that it will be launched version three of its platform across six different networks, offering greater decentralization and capital efficiency.
Aave v3 will make it easier for users to move assets between different networks, as well as provide an "isolation mode" that limits the risks associated with newly-listed assets.
The protocol will launch on Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Fantom, Harmony, Optimism and Polygon.
President Zelenskyy has signed a bill on virtual assets into law, legalizing cryptocurrency in the Ukraine. The law defines the legal status, classification, ownership and the regulators of cryptocurrency in the country.
