๐Ÿ‘‰ Elon Musk Clarifies Tesla Has Not Unloaded More BTC

Elon Musk has clarified that Tesla has not sold any more Bitcoin, after implying on Twitter that the company sold or will sell its holdings.

Some Bitcoin holders had blamed Musk's social media activity for yesterday's Bitcoin slump, after he ambiguously replied to another user's Tweet which stated Tesla had dumped their position.

Following widespread backlash from the crypto community, Musk eventually Tweeted "To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any Bitcoin".

๐Ÿ‘‰ Majority Of Bitcoin Mining Pools Signalling For "Taproot" Activation

Most major Bitcoin mining pools are currently signalling for the activation of a protocol upgrade called "Taproot", however it is unclear if the 90% threshold will be reached before the next difficulty adjustment occurs.

Currently, 73% of miners are signalling for the upgrade, which is designed to mask spending conditions - potentially improving Bitcoin's privacy and smart-contract capabilities.

๐Ÿ‘‰ FTX And Blockfolio Integrate With Circle API & USDCย 

Cryptocurrency exchange FTX and the Blockfolio app (also owned by FTX) have integrated Circle's payments infrastructure, in a partnership that will enable users to fund their accounts with the USDC stablecoin.

Users will also be able to settle bank transfers and credit card transactions using USDC, which may significantly speed up fiat currency trasnactions.
