The development firm behind decentralized exchange Uniswap, Uniswap Labs, is reportedly under investigation by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Sources say that enforcement lawyers are looking into Uniswap – the largest existing decentralized exchange – and how Uniswap Labs markets the platform.
According to Delphi Labs General Counsel Gabriel Shapiro, various DeFi projects have started to receive letters from the SEC.
