NYDIG CEO Robert Gutmann first revealed the news on a podcast with Raoul Pal, who claims Singapore’s Temasek has Bitcoin exposure. Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has added two former Financial Action Task Force (FATF) members to its advisory team. The two new hires will be advising Binance's global compliance and regulatory strategies, as well as take part in the exchange's communication with regulators around the globe. The much-anticipated Ethereum layer-2 scaling solution, Optimism, has postponed its mainnet launch date until at least July of this year. Optimism has been in development since mid 2019, and has soft-launched its solution with Synthetix in a four-step roll-out. Uniswap is also looking to launch on Optimism following its V3 launch. |
