Bitcoin price has spent another 24 hours in a tight range in the high $6,000s. Price briefly tested both the upper and lower bounds of the range, yet to make a clear indication of its next direction.

Top-20 altcoins are mostly in the green, as XRP steals the spotlight with a 6% gain, and Ethereum rises just under 1%. Binance Coin has done well, also with a rise of 6%.

πŸ‘‰ South Korea Allocates $3.1M in Funding for Blockchain Startups

The South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT has teamed up with the National IT Promotion Agency, to launch a support initiative for nascent blockchain projects.

A total of nine projects will be awarded funding of up to KRW 450 million ($362,000) each. They will also receive assistance on planning and prototyping service models, design, implementation and demonstration of their use cases.

A new update to the Coinbase Wallet has added native support for multiple DeFi protocols, with a new rate comparison and lending feature.

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has accused Wikipedia of being biased against cryptocurrency, in a recently-posted YouTube video, threatening to take legal action.

He claimed that Wikipedia had been overruling updates made to the Wikipedia page on Proof-of-Stake - in particular those updates that made references to Cardano's Ouroboros consensus algorithm.
