👉 Poloniex Users Forced to Update Passwords Following Data Breach

Cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex has sent out emails to its user enforcing a password reset, following a leak of Twitter email addresses and passwords.

The email had been suspected as a phishing attempt by many users, before Poloniex publicly confirmed the email as legitimate.

👉 BlockFi Will Launch a Credit Card with BTC Rewards in 2020

BlockFi, a prominent crypto lending platform, plans to launch a Bitcoin rewards credit card within the current year.

The card will work as a normal credit card, however users will earn rewards in Bitcoin, rather than cash-back or airline miles.

👉 Chrome Extension Exposed as Malware, $16,000 Stolen

A Google Chrome extension called "Ledger Secure" has been discovered to be malware, capable of stealing cryptocurrency from its users.

According to one user on Twitter, at least one user has had funds stolen by the extension. The amount allegedly stolen was an equivalent of USD$16,000 in ZEC.
