It was announced today that a new data project named "Alvarium" will utilize IOTA's distributed ledger technology. The project is being formed under the Linux Foundation, in cooperation with Dell and IOTA. It will focus on building a "data confidence fabric", to improve the reliability of data collection and usage. Bakkt plans to launch its cryptocurrency consumer app early next year, according to a blog post published earlier Monday.
