Quick tip of the dayLet’s say you get a PDF in your email and you need to sign it. If you know a few tricks, you can do so in a jiffy — without paying for another program. You can sign a PDF using your mouse, but I don’t recommend it; it’ll look like a two-year-old did it for you. Instead, sign a piece of paper and save it on your device using your smartphone’s camera or your computer’s webcam. You can then import that image into the PDF. If you’re on Windows, Adobe Reader DC is tops to sign PDFs. Simply download and install the free app and open your file. In the app, at the bottom right, click Fill and Sign and follow the prompts. On a Mac, use Preview. It has integrated signing options so you can skip the paper signature. Love that! |
