Southeast Michigan 2019 had the most prevent plant in MI. Continued spring-like cold damp weather well into June doomed any not tiled soil. Even older tiled soil could not absorb wet and cold. Income mainly gov't rescue programs. Hey, we farmers paid our taxes and paid crop insurance. I don't feel guilty at at all about gov"t payments.
