On Sept. 28 at 9:09 p.m. a resident reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot, and discovering a broken window in her house.

Cleveland man charged with possessing suspected methamphetamine, marijuana: Westlake Police Blotter

An officer stopped a vehicle for equipment and license plate violations at 12:30 p.m. Oct. 2 on I-90 westbound near the Crocker Road exit. The officer discovered that the 38-year-old Cleveland man’s driver’s license was suspended, and he possessed suspected marijuana and more than a dozen non-factory-pressed pills.
