Labor’s election win is an “enormous positive” for the nation and gives the second-term government a great opportunity to grow the economy and in turn reduce Australia’s reliance on China, according to Westpac chief executive Anthony Miller. 

ASIC has appointed a psychologist especially for whistleblowers after a review identified many complainants who attempted to raise issues with ASIC were trying to contact the chair and its senior officers directly.

A major VC fund is now using AI to unearth the next $1bn tech unicorn and says its tool has already identified eight ‘standout portfolio companies’ that will deliver for investors.
