Look around: If you can’t find your mandatory labor law posters, odds are your employees can’t either –and federal or state investigators can make you pay.

A recent fed investigation into a South Carolina company determined the employer didn’t display the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) poster as required.

Dab City Tobacco and Vape LLC has been fined $46,748 in back wages and damages to 31 employees for violating the overtime requirements of the FLSA, and an additional $21,235 in civil money penalties for the willful nature of the violations – including failure to post the FLSA poster.

Don’t make the same mistake: Check now to see if your business is compliant with all fed, state, and local labor law posting requirements.

You can also call 1-800-226-2327, or chat with a Compliance Specialist to receive a free compliance audit to identify which mandatory posters are required for your business.
