COOGEE LIVE IS BACK IN 2021!

Coogee Live, the iconic free community festival has become a staple of the Perth event calendar, attracting crowds of over 18,000 people. Embracing the local City of Cockburn community, Coogee Live is a weekend of beachside family fun, arts, music, food and discovery - celebrating the iconic Australian day at the beach and creating summer feel good memories for the whole family.

With an emphasis on showcasing programming and talent from the local community and surrounds, the 2021 festival will be held on Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 March, and holds at its heart the central theme of ‘Belonging’. This year has brought with it a substantial amount of hardship and uncertainty for all communities - Coogee Live is the opportunity to come back together as a community, support local businesses, schools and sporting clubs and make greater connections to ourselves, each other, our cultures and our community.

Taking place across 4 different worlds & hubs (each with their own identity and offering), Coogee Live programming incorporates arts and performance, creative workshops, family activities, treasure hunts, food demonstrations and pop-up restaurants, wellness initiatives and sustainability workshops.

EVENT READY WORKSHOP

The City of Cockburn is excited to offer any Cockburn based businesses the opportunity to participate in an exclusive Event Ready Workshop, to ensure that your business can leverage every aspect of your involvement in Coogee Live. We want you to be a part of our favourite community event, and we also want you to be ready to promote your business, and to help you stand out at the event.

The workshop on Thursday 12 November 2020 will provide the opportunity to work with marketing and events experts on how to best present your brand and offering at Coogee Live, as well as a social media strategy in lead up to the day, and most importantly how you can capitalise on the contacts and customers that you will meet.

This is an opportunity not to be missed, free for all Business Partners & Collaborators of Coogee Live 2021.

Participating in Coogee Live 2020 was a great opportunity for our business as well as being great fun. As a new family business in the area it was a fantastic way to engage with the community... We are looking forward to being part of the event again in 2021.
