#ShopLocalCockburn - get involved! We know it’s been a tough year for many businesses in Cockburn. To help, we are running our #ShopLocalCockburn* campaign and competition to support local businesses, local families and grow our economy,
How does the competition work? For shoppers to win amazing prizes including two prize packs worth $1,000, as well as weekly prizes, they must: - Spend a minimum of $10 at three separate Cockburn based shops, services or hospitality venues*
- Spend between 1 October – 15 November
- Email all contact details and receipts to shoplocal@cockburn.wa.gov.au before midnight on 15 November 2020.
(*This excludes Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, large retail/fast food/liquor store chains and petrol stations - View full Terms and Conditions) How can I get shoppers shopping? - Encourage your customers to email their details and all three receipts to shoplocal@cockburn.wa.gov.au before midnight on 15 November to go into the draw! It’s that simple!
- Share images and the #ShopLocalCockburn hashtag on your social media
- Let your customers know to keep their receipts, and enter weekly to go into the draw to win weekly prizes of $100 to spend at your store/service.
Media Kits for you to use We have Media Kits available for all businesses to use to promote the campaign and get shoppers shopping!!
Packs include printed A4 posters for our shop window and DL flyers for your counter - to receive a pack, email us at business@cockburn.wa.gov.au. Downloadable resources, available at www.cockburn.wa.gov.au/ShopLocal include: - Social media posts to use on your Facebook and Instagram pages
- Social media headers for you to use your Facebook and Instagram pages
- Graphics and text to use in your eNewsletter
- Printable A4 posters for your shop window
What are the prizes? Prize Pack 1 (valued at $1,000) Prize Pack 2 (valued at $1,000) Shoppers also go into the draw to win a weekly prize of a $100 voucher for one of the three stores they visit. This is a great way to encourage them to enter!
FREE promotion of your business We are interested in businesses who would like to be a part of this campaign by telling their story and featuring in our social media campaign. If you want to be involved email business@cockburn.wa.gov.au with your contact details and the Business Engagement Officer will be in touch.
